The pictures are way due... but don’t blame me, blame alex who keeps forgetting to send me the cd’s of pictures. In return I will pick the funkiest looking photo with him in it, and post it gladly. Hehe...
I woke up one morning with someone banging on my door. Looking through the peep hole I see a little boy around 7 or 8 years old. Opening the door, I asked, "May I help you?". Handing me a pamplet, "Do you go to church?", he asked. "No, I dont have time for it.", I replied. "If you were to drop dead right now, would you go to heaven?" Shocked, I said, "Yes I would." Even more disturbingly, he asked, "What makes you so sure?". Ticked off I was woken up to be told I was going to Hell by some little kid, I replied, "Because there is no Heaven." He told me to read the pamplet and give the church a call.
How disturbing is That? For a little kid who should be enjoying the summer, to be brainwashed by his own parents' beliefs who probably got it from theirs'. Going around asking people if they're going to heaven.... *insert head shaking with disbelief*
I HATE those that try to go around and convert people to their own beliefs. No need for names here... Thus, I try to steer clear out of conversations regarding religion. There is a woman who works with me, whom follows the Bible Strictly. One such example, is that she wears Only Long Skirts to her ankles, with No! underwear as stated in the bible. Anything in between a woman's legs may inhibit "impure" thoughts. Bet ya didn't know that didja? Anyways... One of my Very few and far in between religion related blurps...
I am agnostic. Whats that? I don't really think anyone can prove there is a god or gods. I personally think there might be one, but who knows who is right, if any at all. I went through most of my life catholic like many who followed their parents' footsteps, but as I grew so did my mind. I feel IF there Was a god, he/she/it may have created this world, but is then just sitting there, watching us slowly kill ourselves with this crazy imaginative mind of ours. I feel if something happens, it is pure chance, and things just occurs. Some good people get sick, or die, while other selfish people get rich, and happy. Why? Just because. Things just happen, its not planned by some higher order. I guess I follow Realism. It's just life, and like we hear all the time, Sh*T happens. Thus enters the conclusion...
Fade into... July 8th, 2005, 11am... Dim Sum.
I like dim sum. Dim Sum my friend. Shrimp Hargow, Shark Fin Dumpling, Pork Shumai. They all my friends. Sticky rice with meat, Shrimp Fun Roll, Fried Taro Dumpling, more of my friends. What's this!? Chicken Feet!? Eww... Let's try it anyways...? I be missing out! Chicken Feet Rules! Order 3 more orders! Mmmhhh...
Fade back Current Time.
The only thing that ALL of us can make sure is real is Now. You're sitting there reading my blog, you might be snacking on something, or maybe you just need to pass a little time. NOW is more real than anything, anyone could possibly tell you otherwise. You're living and you're still awake. You feel pain, you feel pleasure. Life ends very abruptly sometimes, but sad thing is you don't know when. Today, tomorrow or decades from now. I'm not stopping you from following a higher afterlife, but I personally find Now is real, and I can personally change it. Live it up guys/gals, try out new things. You never know what you'll find or will never find... It might not be something silly like chicken feet, but hopefully something so much more meaningful...
Comparing my site to a few others that I enjoy just about every time I visit. I try to find out what gives them their punch, their pizazz, their sparkle. I only came upon the conclusion of universality. I guess many people can just pop up on their site, and just simply enjoy the humor or stories that are posted, no matter how “everydayish” it may seem. These include: wutuwaitn4, cakalusa, and urtoasted. All on xanga. Check them out.

As he pulled up a chair, he sits inside the Circle of Trust. As everyone rises to announce their names and introduce themselves, the reply from their peers is always the same welcoming response. He slowly watches the introductions go around the ring, until it finally came upon himself. Feeling like the new kid of the class, he stood up slowly, with unease to spare, he slowly announced, “Hi, my name is Tri, and I am addicted to WoWCrack.”. “Hi Tri!, welcome to the Circle!....”

I believe many of us have heard of the term Evercrack. Created from the extremely famous or infamous (depending on who you ask) video game, Everquest. You spend days, weeks, months working on building this character in this vast and ever changing online world. This was years ago, when it reign as king. Today Many other online world games exist, and one such is World of Warcraft, also known as WoW. I bought this a few months ago, hearing good things about it, and reviews from my peers. Clueless I has just signed my soul over to Blizzard (Creators of WoW)…
I joined Anna a month ago to co-run a guild (online clan) in WoW, just as an easy way to communicate with friends and family that also played this game. Unknowingly, it has grown by leaps and bounds, and at this moment have 150+ other players around the world, coming on daily, and regarding us as upper. And not only that, these 150+ so called people have other friends and family that desire to join. It is this weird sense of power, that draws us more and more into this ever never ending game…
I won’t go into the details because some just don’t get why this game is so addicting, but until you wield the power in your hand to command masses of real life people, or participate in a battle that involves possibly hundreds of people on a battlefield, you will not trully understand. However, what strikes me as amazing is the actual amount of time and organization it takes to run a game guild. You have to constantly update a website, create and enforce rules, and forums you created for the guild, keep and eye out for trouble makers, settle disputes among your fellow members, as well as arguments with other guild bosses, etc. It is amazing how much of your life can go into this Video Game. WoW definitely is WOW. (Dave Chapelle plays this game too, hopefully I'll run into him *crosses fingers* =P )
I guess I can be a nerd for now, it aint too shabby… I got my family and friends, doing well in school, got a reliable job, and last but not least by far,
I got my Anna. She's silly, intelligent, enjoys life w/ me, and doesn't hurt that she's beautiful. ^^
Although I am a video gamer myself. I still imagine the typical gamer to be a pimply little teenager kid, who knows nothing better and lacks such an amount of self esteem but to surround themselves in a video game where they can trully stand out. They like to go around, and proclaim an ego only matched by the devil himself. They are desperate people, who like to imagine the opposite sex playing somewhere in the world is the most beautiful person in the world, and is completely interested in starting a relationship with them. Alas, this was my old view of gamers...
Until...
After seeing pictures and talking to people, the typical gamer trully is changing. Many of our members have boyfriends and girlfriends, or wives and husbands. They play sports, party, love to go out, have friends outside of games, yet at the same time they can sit down and enjoy this crazy made up world online. The average video game buyer is now 22, and more games are coming out with mature themes. I don't deny there are still people that exist in accordance to my old view, but
Times are changing after all...
......................
That's all I got for now. Take cares FnF, till next time. Buh Byes.
